1. About RockaHosting

RockaHosting provides access to Assetto Corsa Server Manager instances for managing online race servers, including server access, lifecycle controls, logs, and related operational features. In these terms, “Rockahosting”, “we”, or “us” means the operator of this service, and “you” means the person or organization using it.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Guest checkout creates a RockaHosting account using the email address you provide. You must change any temporary password after your first login.
• We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

3. Service plans and duration

Each service tier has a stated price for a 30-day period. At checkout you may select an available duration of 30, 60, or 90 days. The total shown before you create the order is calculated from the selected tier price multiplied by the number of 30-day periods.

A server access service becomes available only after the order is paid and the payment has been confirmed by RockaHosting. Renewal orders extend the selected existing server access when payment is confirmed.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed through the payment method and payment provider presented at checkout, which may include Midtrans or another provider configured by RockaHosting.
• The amount payable is the total displayed on the checkout page for your selected tier and duration. Any payment-provider terms, fees, limits, or authentication requirements may also apply.
• Creating an order does not by itself confirm payment or activate server access. RockaHosting relies on server-side payment confirmation before provisioning or extending access.
• If a payment expires, fails, or is cancelled, the order may not be provisioned and you may need to create a new payment session.

5. Acceptable use

You must use RockaHosting lawfully and only for services and content you are authorized to operate. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users or infrastructure, introduce malicious code, abuse server or network resources, or use the dashboard to support unlawful activity.

6. Availability and service changes

We aim to keep RockaHosting available and secure, but the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We may change server features or plan offerings when needed, while honoring the duration of an already confirmed service order unless a different arrangement is communicated.

7. Refunds and support

Refund eligibility is handled according to Rockahosting’s refund policy, applicable law, and the payment provider’s operational rules. Contact RockaHosting support with your order number when you need help with a payment, duplicate charge, failed activation, or server access issue. Do not send payment credentials or full card details in support messages.

8. Privacy and data

We process account, server access, order, and payment-related information to provide RockaHosting, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, and provide support. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and should not be entered into RockaHosting fields unless explicitly requested by the provider’s hosted payment page.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RockaHosting is not responsible for indirect losses, interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, or content and actions under your account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RockaHosting or its payment flow changes. The current version is published on this page. Your continued use of RockaHosting or creation of a new order after an update means you accept the updated terms.
